Title 1- Parents Right to Know

Through federal education law, parents have the right to request information on the professional qualifications of the teachers and paraprofessionals at our school. Also, if at any time during the school year, your child is taught by a teacher who is not highly qualified for four or more consecutive weeks, you will receive a timely notice from the school. The parent's right to know provision also requires that each Title I school furnish to each individual parent, information on the level of achievement of your child in each of the state assessments required under law.
