Students from across Aldine ISD showcased their extraordinary talents before the Aldine ISD Board of Trustees, Executive Leadership Team, faculty, and staff from throughout the district. At the heart of this year’s Convocation were the talented students of G.W. Carver Magnet High School, who played a central role in bringing the production to life.

More than 200 students representing multiple campuses came together to share their talents through theatre, dance, music, and cultural performance, creating a dynamic celebration of student artistry and excellence. Their performances demonstrated the creativity, dedication, and collaboration that define the arts across Aldine ISD.

The Convocation was written and directed by Roshunda Jones-Koumba, in collaboration with Brianna McCray-Holmes, and supported by a dedicated creative team of Carver fine arts educators.
